Found near a rugby field in Edinburgh by JE. The photo is actually a lot darker than this, but I've adjusted the contrast to make it easier to tell what it is. Looks like some sort of archeological dig, showing evidence that the ancient Britons did indeed paint everything blue: gas pipes, detergent bottles, etc. Note the handle of an ancient tool made of the purest gold(en coloured plastic).
